Can you build a custom cabinet for me? Since we build everything from raw materials right in our Ohio shop, it is entirely possible for us to do custom work. However, as a new business we have to keep up with the demand for our current production products until we expand further. In the future we will certainly provide information about custom requests.
Can I get a speaker other then the choices available with your Isolation Cabinets? Yes we are able to get Celestion and Eminence drivers at wholesale prices. It will be the cost of an unloaded Dead Room plus the cost of the speaker. E-mail us for a quote.
Will you ship Internationally? Yes we will however it's generally very expensive. E-mail us with your address for a quote.
What's your Return Policy? If you are able to securely pack up the product the way you received it, you are able to return it to us within 15 days for a full refund. Otherwise, we are more then willing to resolve any issue or dissatisfaction you may have with your purchase.
